June 2014 Events at the Goddess Temple

We have three rituals planned for you in June:

. Full Moon: Friday, June 13, Open to all
. Summer Solstice: Saturday, June 21, Open to all
. Women’s New Moon Circle: Friday, June 27, Women Only

All events begin with Potluck in the Guest House at 7:00 pm, followed by a ritual in the Temple at 8:00 pm.

As you can imagine, there is a lot of excitement building around the upcoming August 10 Full Moon dedication of the new statue and Feast of Sekhmet! (I hope you have all put it on your calendars.)

There are quite a few clean up projects I’d like to get done before then, and would love some help. Here are some things you can do during the month of June:

. cut down a few dead trees (bring your own chainsaw)
. turn those cut trees into fire wood
. lots of raking around the Guest House and north side of the Priestess House
. help Candace build new benches for Social area (I have the lumber)
. paint the new benches!
. misc other tasks, such as walking the grounds picking up trash, etc.

If you would like to help, please let me know via phone call or e-mail at least a day ahead, so I am sure to be here. “Working” hours are 7:00 am to 10:00 am. and 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. (I cannot work in the heat of the day and do not want you to either.)
